Meet Arrianna!
Arrianna Alonso, ASW
Arrianna is an Associate Social Worker (ASW139171) who brings warmth, compassion, and genuine curiosity to her work with others. Her passion for mental health grew from her own experiences and from the meaningful connections she has formed throughout her journey. These experiences have shaped her belief that feeling heard, understood, and accepted can be an important part of healing and growth.
Through her work with youth and individuals navigating challenging seasons of life, Arrianna has learned that no two people share the same story. She takes the time to understand each person as an individual, creating a space where they can feel comfortable being themselves and exploring what they need without judgment.
Arrianna values building authentic relationships with the people she works with. She believes that each person carries strengths that can sometimes become difficult to see during times of struggle. Her goal is to help clients reconnect with those strengths, work through challenges, and develop greater confidence in their ability to grow and move forward.
Arrianna feels grateful to be part of a profession that allows her to walk alongside others during some of life’s most meaningful and difficult moments. She approaches her work with compassion, openness, and the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to feel supported, understood, and hopeful about what comes next.

My journey into mental health began with working with at-risk youth for a non-profit organization, where I taught relationships and communication classes in schools and the community, mentored a young girl, and participated in community outreach and school assemblies. I later transitioned into county behavioral health services, where I provided individual and group services to incarcerated youth and young adults, while also providing family sessions as needed for additional support. These experiences deepened my passion for mental health and showed me the importance of creating a safe space where individuals can better understand their emotions, develop healthy coping skills, and work through challenges in a supportive environment.
