Ramon Sanchez, LCSW

Creator/Host of Destigmatize Mental Health Podcast.

Born and raised in Bakersfield to immigrant parents, Ramon is a passionate advocate for culturally competent mental health care. His life’s work is dedicated to breaking down the stigma that surrounds mental health in diverse communities and fostering respectful conversations. Through his practice, he strives to provide a safe space and reduce the harm caused by long-held cultural taboos, empowering individuals to pursue healing.

Julian Alberto Delgado LMFT, APCC

Julian helps individuals and families navigate life's complexities with compassion and evidence-based care. He specializes in working with clients struggling with substance use, trauma, and grief, and has extensive experience with the LGBTQ+ and foster care communities. Julian believes in an integrative and collaborative approach, using therapeutic techniques like EMDR and CBT to help clients build on their strengths and create meaningful, lasting change. He provides therapy in both English and Spanish, ensuring clients can connect more authentically in the language they are most comfortable with.

(Kim) is a dedicated therapist with deep roots in the Bakersfield community, having earned her Master of Social Work from California State University, Bakersfield. Her comprehensive experience in the behavioral health field has allowed her to serve diverse populations, including those in crisis, with substance use issues, and justice-involved individuals. Kimberly's passion lies in her specialization with the Transitional Age Youth team, where she provides compassionate and informed care to young people navigating life's challenges.

Brittney is a compassionate therapist specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy. With a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, she has extensive experience working with young adults, helping them navigate the challenges of anxiety and depression. Brittney employs a client-centered approach, believing that every person, no matter their walk of life, can benefit from having a non-judgmental space to express themselves. She is committed to providing an empathetic and supportive environment where clients feel heard and understood.
